Dell is launching a laptop for just $179.99, which is less than half of the $299 price tag of the Dell Inspire 15 15 15-inch notebook.
The Inspiron will feature a quad-core Intel Core i7-7500U CPU with 4GB of RAM and a 500GB SSD for $179 with an optional Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card.
It will also feature a 13.3-inch IPS touchscreen display for $200, which makes it one of the few laptops with an IPS display for less money than the Apple MacBook Air 13-inch.
The notebook is powered by a 12-inch Nvidia GeForce GT 650M GPU with 8GB of memory for $199 with a 1TB SSD.
Dell will also offer the laptop with an Intel Core M3 processor for $299, which will have 4GB RAM and 256GB SSD.
The laptop also features a USB-C port for charging up to 15.1W of power.
The price of the Inspiron is $179, which works out to about $50 less than the Dell MacBook Air 15 15 inch laptop.
The Inspiron laptop is the first Dell laptop with a 1080p display, which means it will have an excellent display for its price point.
Dell said the screen is capable of displaying up to 1920×1200 resolution at a refresh rate of 60Hz.
That means the laptop will run the latest Windows 10 and macOS 10.12.4 software on top of the notebook.
Dell also said the Inspire laptop will have a full-size keyboard and a 12.3mm thick, magnesium alloy trackpad for $169.99 with an included mouse and touchpad.
The Dell Inspirons are available for preorder starting Monday.
